Most hunts start in the dark. You walk to the stand before the sun is up, and you walk back out after it goes down. A good light makes that a lot easier.
These four are all from WUBEN and all under $40. Two go on your head, and two go in your pocket.
1. WUBEN E7 Hunting Headlamp ($23.99)
The lowest price on the list, and it’s on sale. WUBEN says it puts out up to 1,800 lumens with a wide beam, weighs only 80 grams, and is IP68 waterproof. It charges with USB-C. The $23.99 price is for the light by itself.
2. WUBEN C3 Pocket Flashlight ($25.49)
A small, tough flashlight for the pocket or pack. WUBEN says it’s 1,200 lumens, throws light 179 meters, and is only 4.78 inches long. The body is aluminum, and it has six modes, including SOS.
3. WUBEN H4 Hunting Headlamp ($29.99)
This one has a red light, which helps keep your night vision. WUBEN says it puts out up to 800 lumens and tilts 90 degrees. It has a built-in rechargeable battery, or you can run it on 3 AAA batteries if it dies in the field.
4. WUBEN X2 Pro+ Flashlight ($39.99)
The top pick on the list. The black model has red and white light, up to 1,500 lumens, and a magnet on the back so you can stick it to a truck or tree stand. WUBEN says it can run on its own batteries or regular AA batteries.
